Gamma Aminobutyric Acid: Gamma-Aminobutyric acid (γ-Aminobutyric acid) (also called GABA) is the chief inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. It plays the principal role in reducing neuronal excitability throughout the nervous system. GABA is also directly responsible for the regulation of muscle tone.
Glycine: Glycine is an amino acid, a building block for protein. It is not considered an “essential amino acid” because the body can make it from other chemicals. The main properties: helping build lean muscle mass, boosting mental performance and memory, stabilizing blood sugar and lowering risk for type 2 diabetes, improvement of sleep quality, boosting energy levels and fighting fatigue, helping produce red blood cells, fighting the effects of stress and anxiety.
Glutamine: An amino acid is used to protect the immune system. Boosts brain health, fights stress.
Magnesium: Magnesium is a mineral that's crucial to the body's function. Magnesium helps keep blood pressure normal, bones strong, and the heart rhythm steady. Magnesium plays an important role in over 300 enzymatic reactions within the body including the metabolism of food, synthesis of fatty acids and proteins, and the transmission of nerve impulses.Magnesium deficiency, especially prevalent in older populations, is linked to insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, coronary heart disease, and osteoporosis.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine): IVitamin B1 is an important cofactor of glucose and fat metabolism enzymes. Vitamin B1 is needed for the proper functioning of the central and peripheral nervous systems - neurons use glucose as a source of energy, and a lack of vitamin B1 can lead to their death.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): It is one of the vitamins included in the vitamin B complex family. All B vitamins, including vitamin B6, play an important role in a range of physical and psychological functions. They are most known for helping to maintain a healthy metabolism, nerve function, liver function, skin health, eye health, as well as help to boost levels of energy.
Folic Acid: Folic acid helps the body produce and maintain new cells.
Vitamin C: Vitamin C is the strongest antioxidant. Its purpose is to protect internal organs and tissues from damage of various etiologies. .
